Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Migration Consultant for an international project involving Oracle BRM v15 Cloud Native. The focus is on planning, executing, and validating a data migration from a staging workplace into an Oracle BRM v15 target environment — including analysis of BRM data structures, data mappings, ETL development, and ensuring data integrity throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Design, planning, and execution of data migration from staging to Oracle BRM v15 Cloud Native
Analysis of BRM data structures and definition of mappings between staging and target schemas
Development and optimisation of ETL scripts using PL/SQL, Python, and/or Shell Scripting
Data validations, reconciliation, audit checks, and automated test reports
Collaboration with BRM developers, DBAs, and workplace teams on migration and cutover plans
Executing test migrations, trials, and rollback simulations
Error analysis and resolution of issues related to data deviations, performance, or schema incompatibilities
Documentation of migration strategy, data mappings, and validation results
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with Oracle BRM Cloud Native or On-Prem
Kubernetes and Helm
CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Argo CD, Nexus
Monitoring: Prometheus and Grafana
