Title: SAP BoDS Application Support Engineer

Duration: 6 Months, which will get extended as per the performance

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.

Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Valuable understanding of data integration, transformation, and quality assurance processes.

Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences. Additional Information:
