Plant Operator (Katghora)

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and dedicated Pilot Plant Operator to join our team. The candidate should be capable of independently handling pilot-scale process equipment and maintaining protected operational practices. Key Responsibilities: ⁠ ⁠Operate and handle glass distillation setups working under high vacuum conditions. ⁠ ⁠Operate and monitor reactors and pilot plant equipment. ⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth execution of distillation and reaction processes. ⁠ ⁠Monitor process parameters and maintain operational records. ⁠ ⁠Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area. ⁠ ⁠Identify and report operational issues promptly. Qualifications: ⁠ ⁠Minimum 12th Pass (Science Background). ⁠ ⁠Candidates from PCM/PCB stream preferred. ⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of GC (Gas Chromatography). ⁠ ⁠Prior experience in handling laboratory, pilot plant, or chemical process equipment will be an added advantage. Requirements: ⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of chemical process operations. ⁠ ⁠Ability to handle glass equipment and vacuum systems carefully. ⁠ ⁠Sincere, responsible, and committed toward assigned work. ⁠ ⁠Quick learner with a practical approach to work.
