Job Description – Project Manager Farmico Renewables– Solar Power Projects (PM Kusum) Location: Chhattisgarh Experience Required: 10+ Years Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure About the Role Farmico Renewals is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead execution of solar power projects under the PM Kusum Scheme across Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and timely completion of solar projects while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities -Manage complete execution of PM Kusum solar power projects from mobilization to commissioning. -Coordinate with government departments, DISCOMs, vendors, contractors, consultants, and local authorities. -Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget. -Supervise site activities including civil, structural, electrical, and solar module installation works. -Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements. -Handle project documentation, approvals, billing, and reporting. -Monitor procurement, logistics, and material management for multiple project sites. -Lead and manage site engineers, contractors, and execution teams across locations. -Resolve in office execution challenges and ensure smooth project operations. -Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards and PM Kusum guidelines. -Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of projects. Candidate Profile -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering. -Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure, EPC, or renewable energy projects. -Prior experience in solar power projects and PM Kusum projects preferred. -Strong understanding of project execution, site management, and government coordination. -Experience in handling multiple remote project sites. -Good leadership, communication, and team management skills. -Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools. -Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh project locations. Preferred Skills -Knowledge of solar EPC execution and grid connectivity processes. -Vendor and contractor management experience. -Ability to manage timelines, costs, and quality simultaneously. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Compensation -Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and industry standards. Pay: ₹50,000.00
