Industry Trends and Innovation:Staying up-to-date on current culinary trends, techniques, and presentations. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:Addressing kitchen issues and making decisions to ensure smooth operations. Directing Kitchen Staff:Supervising and guiding kitchen staff in food preparation, ensuring effective workflow, and meeting service standards.
