- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists within an assigned territory.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed defined regional sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Market Feedback: Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and product feedback, and report this data to the company.
