Project Lead (Haveli)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in IT services to manage and deliver technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects across development, implementation, and delivery phases

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business teams

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation

- Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and team performance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational processes

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings (Agile projects)

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in project coordination or project leadership roles within IT services

- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience handling client-facing projects

- Exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects

- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe) are a plus
