Position Project Manager – Earthwork & Reservoir Projects Experience 15 Years Industry Infrastructure / Civil Construction / Earthwork / Irrigation & Reservoir Projects Job Location As per Project Requirement Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with 15 years of expertise in Earthwork and Reservoir Construction Projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of large-scale excavation, embankment work, reservoir development, soil compaction, site execution, manpower handling, and project coordination. The candidate must be capable of independently managing complete project execution from planning to handover while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete execution of Earthwork and Reservoir Projects.
- Handle site planning, scheduling, and daily execution activities.
- Supervise excavation, filling, embankment, grading, and compaction work.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Prepare DPR, project reports, billing data, and work progress reports.
- Ensure quality control as per project specifications and standards.
- Manage manpower, machinery, subcontractors, and material planning.
- Handle project budgeting, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
- Maintain project documentation and MIS reporting.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review meetings.
- Ensure proper deployment and utilization of heavy equipment like excavators, dozers, compactors, dumpers, graders, etc. Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Earthwork Execution and Reservoir Construction.
- Expertise in excavation, embankment, WMM, soil stabilization, and compaction work.
- Positive understanding of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and billing measurements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination ability.
- Knowledge of project planning and quantity estimation.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and site activities efficiently. Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Additional certifications in Project Management will be preferred. Preferred Project Experience:

- Large-scale Excavation & Filling Work
- Infrastructure & Mining Earthwork Projects Pay: ₹60,000.00
