Civil Supervisor (Bilaspur)

- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor labor workforce, subcontractors, and site operations to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials, machinery, and equipment at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records, and site documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving construction targets within deadlines.
- Identify and resolve in office technical or operational issues promptly.
- Verify measurements, material consumption, and completed work for billing and reporting purposes.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout all construction activities.
- Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to optimize resources and manpower.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness at the construction site.
- Report project progress, delays, and site challenges to senior management regularly.
- Ensure all work complies with local building regulations and company standards.
- Support successful completion and handover of projects within budget and timelines. Pay: ₹15,000.00
