Project Manager (Bilaspur)

Position Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing real estate construction projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role involves coordination with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource planning.
- Ensure project completion as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and construction progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Site Management
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues. Quality & Safety
- Ensure construction quality standards are maintained at all stages.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement quality control procedures and corrective actions. Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and control construction costs.
- Verify contractor bills, BOQs, and material consumption.
- Minimize wastage and optimize project resources. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, legal, and sales teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Update management regarding project milestones and challenges. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with local authorities and regulatory approvals.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and site records.
- Monitor adherence to RERA and construction regulations. Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of real estate construction and project execution.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of BOQ, drawings, and construction methodologies.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage. Experience
- 5+ years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred. Salary
