Assess capital requirements for current projects and ensure optimal financing structures.

Project Finance Budgeting

Oversee project financing activities and secure necessary funding for growth projects.

Ensure adherence to approved budgets and optimize cost controls.

Cost Optimization

Implement cost control measures without compromising quality and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for cost-saving through process improvement and financial discipline.

Risk Management

Identify financial risks associated with growth projects and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans.

Capital Allocation:

Guide capital allocation decisions to ensure maximum return on investments.

Ensure balanced distribution of resources across different growth projects.

Quality Assurance

Maintain rigorous financial quality control across all project expenditures.

Implement robust auditing practices to monitor the financial integrity of growth projects.

Desired Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent skilled qualification from a recognized institution.

8+ years of experience in finance, with substantial exposure to managing large-scale capital projects and leading strategic financial initiatives

Grade: M4/M3
