Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic EEE Trainer to provide industry-oriented training to students in the field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering. The candidate should possess solid technical knowledge along with practical exposure to electrical systems, electronics, automation, and industrial applications.

Roles & Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical training in Electrical & Electronics Engineering subjects. Conduct lab sessions, demonstrations, and project-based learning activities. Train students on industrial tools, software, and modern technologies. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments. Guide students in mini and major projects. Support students in internship and placement preparation. Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, and feedback. Coordinate with academic and management teams for smooth training operations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of: Basic Electrical Engineering Electrical Machines Power Systems Control Systems Analog & Digital Electronics PLC & Automation Basics Industrial Wiring & Circuit Designing Microcontrollers & Embedded Systems MATLAB/Simulink Basics Renewable Energy Systems Practical knowledge of electrical tools and equipment. Good communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of teaching/training or industry experience preferred. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
