Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile, highly organized, and proactive Office Executive to manage our daily office operations and lead our telecalling initiatives. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between teams while actively engaging with clients, partners, and leads over the phone to drive business operations.
Key Responsibilities1.
Office
Operations & Coordination Manage day-to-day office administration, paperwork, and data entry. Maintain, update, and track project pipelines, client files, and documentation accurately. Coordinate with field staff, vendors, and management to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks. Handle basic inventory management for office supplies and utilities. Telecalling & Client Relationship Management Make outbound calls to follow up on prospective leads, partners, and customer inquiries. Explain company offerings, answer queries, and maintain a high standard of qualified customer service. Regularly update CRM tools or databases with call logs, customer feedback, and follow-up statuses. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to schedule client meetings or site visits.
Qualifications &
Skills Required Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, IT, or Commerce preferred). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in office administration, back-office operations, or telecalling/customer support. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi (fluency in English or local language is a robust plus). Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
Experience using CRM tools or project tracking software is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a polite, persuasive phone manner.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
