Role Overview: The Field Marketing Executive will help promote our hospital’s services and engage with the community to increase patient numbers. This role involves organizing health camps, outreach programs, and creating partnerships with local organizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach: Develop and run programs to inform the community (people) about our services.
- Health Camps: Organize and manage health camps in different areas in and around Ranchi to provide basic health services and promote the hospital.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to engage the community and promote health education.
- Marketing Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to attract and retain patients.
- Market Research: Conduct research to find new outreach opportunities and gather feedback to improve services.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of activities, campaign performance, and community feedback. Report regularly to the marketing manager.
- Brand Representation: Represent the Hospital professionally and in alignment with our values and mission. Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in healthcare/ hospital sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Preferred Skills:
- Experience in organizing health camps or community outreach programs.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market in Ranchi.
