Product In-Charge (Bilaspur)

Role Summary: Responsible for selling rooftop solar systems under PMSGMBY/Subsidy segment, Hybrid systems ,Lithium batteries ,offgrid solar battery &
- Systems to residential and small commercial customers by appointing System integrators ,EPCs,distributors,Direct dealers & generating leads &
- Clossing the leads through SIs, explaining product benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely order conversion and payment collection. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly , quarterly &
- Annual sales targets
- Identify and meet new customers in assigned area
- Explain product features, savings &
- ROI to customers
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals through SI
- Follow up with PM suryaghar portal /SFDC &
- Utech leads till closure
- Collect payments as per agreed terms
- Coordinate with project team for installation Requirements:
- Graduate/Btech in any discipline
- 8+ years sales experience (solar / lithium/battery /inverters products preferred)
- Valuable communication & convincing skills
- Local language fluency + basic English &
