Lead Maintenance - BOP - Korba

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Mechanical BOP to oversee maintenance, technical execution, and project support for balance-of-plant systems. The role requires strong expertise in mechanical systems, shutdown planning, reliability improvement techniques, and SAP-based maintenance management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Execution & Maintenance:
- Lead maintenance activities during prospect-based shutdowns and ensure execution of major overhauling schedules.
- Drive reliability initiatives including RCA, FMEA, ZFO, and technical audits.
- Monitor performance and ensure optimal functioning of:
- HVAC system, Cooling Towers , FGD Systems, Hydrogen Plant
- DM Plant Equipment. LDO Systems & Compressors
- Implement corrosion prevention and seasonal maintenance strategies.
- Ensure timely execution of painting, refurbishment, and critical spares management. 2. Project Management & Technical Support:
- Support new and ongoing projects through technical inputs and site surveys.
- Manage CAPEX projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present reports for Site Review Meetings (SRM).
- Develop case studies and implement corrective actions for critical issues.
- Ensure proper documentation through NFA approvals for deviations and modifications. 3. Budget & Inventory Management:
- Plan and control budgets for maintenance materials and services.
- Raise PRs/POs and track monthly budget utilization.

- Alternate vendor identification 4. Business Sustainability & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with IMS, AWMS, DISHA, and CHETNA guidelines.
- Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules and audit requirements.
- Participate in safety initiatives to achieve zero harm objectives.
- Coordinate third-party inspections and certification of equipment health.
