Junior Engineer (Bilaspur)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support the execution and supervision of real estate and construction projects. The candidate will assist in site management, quality control, project coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day construction activities. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision
- Monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Maintain proper site discipline and safety standards. Project Execution
- Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution.
- Track project progress and report daily work updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and activities.
- Support in material planning and resource management. Quality Control
- Inspect construction work to maintain quality standards.
- Verify measurements and ensure accuracy in execution.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and work reports.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, measurements, and billing details.
- Maintain documentation related to materials, labor, and project activities. Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Support communication between site and management teams.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical assistance. Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in real estate/construction projects can apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and site execution. Required Skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to handle site activities efficiently.
- Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel or work at project sites. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong attention to detail and site management.
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure. Pay: ₹25,000.00
