Position Consultant Pathologist Qualification
• MD / DNB Pathology from a recognized institute
• Fellowship or additional exposure in Hematopathology / Oncopathology will be an added advantage Experience
• 3–8 years of post MD/DNB experience preferred
• Experience in corporate or multi-specialty hospital setup preferred Key Responsibilities
• Reporting of Histopathology, Cytopathology, Hematology, and Clinical Pathology cases
• Interpretation and validation of laboratory investigations
• Frozen section reporting and intraoperative consultation when required
• Bone marrow reporting exposure preferred
• Ensure quality assurance and NABL compliance within laboratory services
• Coordination with clinicians for accurate diagnosis and patient management
• Participation in tumor boards, multidisciplinary meetings, and academic activities
• Supervision and guidance of laboratory technicians and junior staff
• Monitoring turnaround time (TAT) and maintaining reporting accuracy Core Skills Required
• Strong diagnostic and reporting skills
• Exposure to Histopathology & Cytology reporting
• Knowledge of quality protocols and accreditation standards
• Positive communication and teamwork skills
