Sr. Network Engineer, Bilaspur

Key Responsibilities: Work in rotational shifts to support operations. Provide technical support for Cisco Webex Voice solutions. Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) devices and AV components. Troubleshoot and resolve basic to medium-level issues related to Cisco Webex Voice solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve basic to medium-level issues related to Microsoft Teams Room devices. Administer Cisco Webex Voice systems for day-to-day operations. Update technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations. Provide training and assistance to the Level 1 support team when required.Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to Cisco Webex Voice. Collaborate with network, security, and application support teams for seamless issue resolution. Coordinate with field technical resources for hands-and-feet support and assist with remote troubleshooting. Assist senior team members with documentation and other assigned tasks.
