Collection Executive (Bilaspur)

Job Title: Collection Executive Location: [Bilaspur Chakarbhata + Nearby Areas] Employment Type: Full time Job Summary: The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting payments from customers, especially credit clients such as painters, contractors, and builders. The role ensures timely collections, accurate record-keeping, and coordination with the accounts team. Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to collect pending payments (cash, cheque, UPI confirmation)
- Follow up on outstanding dues as per given schedule
- Provide payment receipts and maintain proper documentation
- Update daily collection details and submit to accounts
- Coordinate with CRM and accounts team for customer payment status
- Maintain records of credit customers and payment history
- Deposit collected cash/cheques safely to the shop or bank
- Handle basic customer queries related to dues and billing
- Report delays or issues in collections to management Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- 1–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Honest, reliable, and responsible attitude
- Basic communication skills (Hindi required)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred) Key Competencies:
