Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Incharge to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of Thermal power plant site Responsibilities Oversee the overall electrical operation and maintenance activities at the power plant site Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe working setting Monitor plant operations troubleshoot issues and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime Manage a team of technicians and operators providing guidance training and performance feedback Qualifications and Skills B Tech BE Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant field Min 5 Year experience in a similar role as a Site Incharge or in a supervisory position within a thermal power plant In-depth knowledge of power plant operations equipment and maintenance procedures Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 538 98
