Junior Engineer Bilaspur

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support the execution and supervision of real estate and construction projects. The candidate will assist in site management, quality control, project coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day construction activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision Monitor daily construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers. Maintain proper site discipline and safety standards.

Project Execution Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution. Track project progress and report daily work updates. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and activities. Support in material planning and resource management.

Quality Control Inspect construction work to maintain quality standards. Verify measurements and ensure accuracy in execution. Identify technical issues and coordinate for resolution. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Documentation & Reporting Maintain site records, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and work reports. Assist in preparing BOQ, measurements, and billing details. Maintain documentation related to materials, labor, and project activities.

Coordination Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams. Support communication between site and management teams. Attend site meetings and provide technical assistance.

Required Qualifications Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in real estate/construction projects can apply. Basic knowledge of construction processes and site execution.

Required Skills Valuable communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Ability to handle site activities efficiently. Problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Willingness to travel or work at project sites.

Preferred Candidate Profile Eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry. Robust attention to detail and site management. Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹32,000.00 per month
