1.Patient Assessment & Monitoring Conduct: comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and monitoring vital signs, Observe and document patient conditions, symptoms, and progress, reporting changes to physicians immediately. Medication Administration: Safely and accurately administer medications, injections, infusions, and transfusions as prescribed by the physician. Treatment Implementation & Procedures: Assist doctors with medical, surgical, and diagnostic procedures. Perform technical nursing tasks such as wound care, catheterization, IV access, and oxygen. Patient & Family Education: Provide health education to patients and their families about disease management, treatment plans, medication instructions, and preventive care measures to support recovery and long-term health. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient health records and reports, ensuring all treatments, medications, and observations are fully documented. Safety & Hygiene: Ensure a protected, clean, and organized working environment. Adhere to strict infection control policies, manage medical waste, and perform routine cleaning and decontamination of equipment and supplies. Emergency Response: Provide immediate medical care and life support in emergency or crisis situations, such as performing CPR or assisting in cardiac resuscitation. Teamwork & Supervision: Work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team. Supervise and guide junior nurses, nursing assistants, and assist in the orientation of recent staff.
