oles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perforM - Supporting delivery excellence by monitoring, tracking, and providing insights.
- The candidates will also be responsible for delivery planning for big projects and other centralized deliverables- Data stewardship- Additionally, they will need to perform data analysis and develop power management dashboards- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Must have 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Visualization through Power BI, Power Automate, advanced Excel, and VBA skill.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts to support business intelligence solutions.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with scripting and query languages to manipulate and extract data efficiently.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Must have 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Visualization through Power BI, Power Automate, advanced Excel, and VBA skill.
