Interior Designer & Project Manager Kandivali

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer – Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine robust design sensibility with project management capabilities, leading interior design projects from concept through completion. You will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and delivering high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Lead interior design projects from initial concept through design development, documentation, and final execution. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD. Create 3D models, visualizations, and presentations using SketchUp, Enscape, and V-Ray. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee site inspections and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction. Conduct material and product research; develop mood boards, finish palettes, and FF&E; selections. Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in interior design with project management responsibilities. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and V-Ray. Robust understanding of construction documentation and detailing. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Solid attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
