About the job Location: Malad West, Mumbai Job Type: Full time Department: Media & Strategy Experience: 2-3 years Role Overview: We are looking for data-driven and detail-oriented Media Buyer/Planner to join our growing media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media platforms and buying strategies, along with experience in planning and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital media plans across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
- Monitor campaign KPIs like CTR, CPA, CPC etc and drive continuous improvements.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Handle end-to-end media buying: audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategy, campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and present reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure media assets align with platform best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to align media planning with business objectives and campaign KPIs.
- Negotiate with vendors and explore partnerships to enhance media effectiveness and efficiency. Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital media buying and planning.
- Strong proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in using analytics tools (eg: Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
