HR Recruiter (Malad)

Position: HR Recruiter Location: Malad, Mumbai Experience: 1–2 YearsQualification : MBA is mandatory; specialization in HR is preferred.Work Timing: 12:00 Noon – 9:30 PM (Transport facility during night time) Joining: Immediate Joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred Job Overview: We are looking for an HR Recruiter for a Mumbai-based BPO who can handle end-to-end recruitment activities efficiently. The candidate should have good communication skills and hands-on experience with recruitment portals and bulk hiring. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals and other hiring channels
- Manage bulk hiring requirements for BPO roles
- Screen and schedule candidates for interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Regularly maintain and update recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closures of open positions Candidate Requirements:
- MBA mandatory (HR preferred)
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
- Experience in bulk hiring is preferred
- Robust communication and coordination skills Pay: ₹500,000.00
