Trainer (Malad)

Roles and Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet business objectives.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to engage employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training content.
- Manage training records and reports to track progress. Job Requirements
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or call centre setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
