Roles and Responsibility

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet business objectives.

Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to engage employees.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training content.

Manage training records and reports to track progress.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or call centre setting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness.

Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
