Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in US outbound sales. This role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals with US-based clients, not customer support. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based prospects.
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure.
- Acquire recent clients in the US market and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
- Track market trends and competitor activity in the US region. Preferred Skills
