Job Description / Responsibilities: Execution of orders received from foreign buyers. Scrutiny of letter of credit and negotiation export document with bank. Co-ordination with factory for the timely movements of goods. Preparation of pre- shipment and post-shipment document. Coordinating with clearing and forwarding agents. Supervising logistic operation viz. Air/ Sea freight and inland transportation till warehouse. Coordinating with Customer House Agent, Freight Forwarders and other external agencies timely movement of goods. Direct and follow up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customer. Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing. Preparing certificate of origin on DGFT website (Online).
