Description The DGM - HR&Administration will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administrative functions within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business goals while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining employee records and documentation.Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity within the organization. Oversee administrative functions including facilities management and vendor relationships. Skills and Qualifications 14-15 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration roles.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation in India. Proficient in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Experience in performance management and employee engagement strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
