Description We are seeking a dedicated Steward/Captain to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about the maritime industry and eager to build a career in ship operations. Responsibilities Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.Manage and oversee all aspects of ship operations during voyages. Supervise and train junior crew members in their duties and responsibilities. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ship. Assist in the planning of itineraries and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Skills and Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills.
