Kurla West) Key Responsibilities: A) Medical Market Development&Strategy· Lead the expansion of InBody's presence within the medical market across India. · Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate hospitals, clinics, medical institutions etc. · Identify new opportunities for long-term partnerships within the medical ecosystem. · Collaborate with internalsales and marketing teams to align clinical strategy with overall business objectives.B) Clinical Engagement, KOL Management&Education· Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), doctors, and clinical influencers. · Act as the primary point of contact for KOL engagement and ongoing collaboration. · Strategically plan and coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs in association with doctors and KOLs.· Drive referral generation through structured, high-impact interactions with KOLs&doctors.· Support doctors in clinical research initiatives by providing relevant scientific literature, research papers, and clinical resources. C) Clinical Marketing, Brand Representation&Thought Leadership· Represent InBody India as a Clinical expert at medical conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and industry events. · Lead clinical marketing initiatives including scientific content, blogs, educational videos, and clinical communication. · Oversee the development of clinical presentations, marketing collateral, and scientific materials aligned with brand and regulatory standards.· Strengthen InBody's positioning as a trusted, evidence-based solution within the medical community. D) Product Demonstration, Training&Post-Sales Excellence· Lead and conduct advanced product demonstrations of InBody for doctors and institutions, including managing clinical discussions and negotiations. · Design and implement PAN-India strategies for clinical camps, demos, and educational programs. · Deliver structured post-sales clinical trainingto customers and institutional partners to ensure effective product adoption.· Maintain long-term customer relationships by acting as a clinical advisor and trusted partner. Qualifications&Skills· MSc in Nutrition&Dietetics/MSc in Food Science&Nutrition· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills within the medical and clinical community. · Strategic thinking with the ability to translate clinical knowledge into business impact. · Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. · Ability to influence senior clinicians, KOLs, and institutional decision-makers.· Experience in clinical education, medical marketing, or scientific communication preferred. · Willingness to travel PAN-India as required
