This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people.Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various positions across the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and trends. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
