Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide strategic guidance on contract structuring, risk allocation, and dispute resolution. Lead and mentor the contracts team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of EPC contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.Ensure alignment with project objectives, legal requirements, and company policies. Negotiate terms with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favourable outcomes. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations throughout project lifecycle. Manage claims, variations, extensions of time, and change orders.Maintain accurate records of contractual correspondence and documentation. Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure risk exposure is minimized. Provide early warnings on potential disputes and lead resolution efforts.Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with clients, partners, and internal teams. Support project managers and executives in interpreting and applying contract terms. Represent the company in arbitration, mediation, or litigation when required.
