The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service and carrying out sales activities. The role involves assisting customers with their cruise travel needs, ensuring smooth arrangements, and maximizing sales opportunities.Qualifications Experience in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements will be an added advantage. Minimum qualification HSC passed. Willing to work predominant Night shifts. Excellent communication&interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process. Residing within boundary limits. Strong Customer Service&sales skills. Sales experience related to travel services will be an added advantage. Ability to work on-site in Malad Mindspace. A passion for travel and helping customers. Please note: Batch, starting 24th November 2025! So need immediate joiners.
