Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and minimum 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, redevelopment, or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, billing, and ensuring smooth project execution as per approved drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams. Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules. Handle site measurements, quantity verification, and billing. Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment. Conduct quality checks and maintain safety standards at site. Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation. Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site. Monitor RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and structural work execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and site execution. Experience in: Residential Projects Redevelopment / SRA Projects High-rise Buildings Valuable knowledge of construction methodologies and site management. Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings. Knowledge of: RCC work Finishing work Quantity estimation Billing and BOQ Proficiency in: AutoCAD MS Excel MS Office Robust coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Mumbai-based construction projects. Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety practices. Ability to manage contractors and labor teams efficiently.
