Civil Engineer (Kandivali)

Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Redevelopment / SRA Projects Job Summary Sethia Infrastructure is looking for a Diploma Civil Engineer to support the execution and supervision of residential, redevelopment, and SRA projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project progress as per approved plans and timelines. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Verify measurements and quantities of work executed at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
- Monitor material consumption and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Identify and report site issues and support timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress. Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
