They coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly and successfully while meeting company standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and event staff.
- Manage event logistics including venue setup, transportation, catering, and equipment.
- Ensure events run smoothly according to the schedule and budget.
- Supervise event staff and temporary workers during the event.
- Handle client communication and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage event budgets and control expenses.
- Resolve any issues or emergencies during events.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event success.
- Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed. Required Skills
