Job Title: HR Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Executive to support hiring and workforce management for our turnkey office interior business. The ideal candidate should be proactive, street-smart, and capable of managing recruitment as well as coordinating with both site workforce and office staff.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office roles Source, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently to meet hiring needs Coordinate with vendors and support labour/workforce management Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance Assist in attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and employee engagementAct as a point of contact between site teams and management Requirements: Experience in recruitment and workforce management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multitask effectively Familiarity with site-based workforce handling is an added advantage
