Kitchen Helper (Brahmapur)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Food Preparation Support
- Assist cooks in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables.
- Help in portioning and arranging food items as per instructions.
- Support in setting up ingredients for meal preparation. 2. Cleaning & Sanitation
- Clean kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, and workstations. 3. Kitchen Operations Support
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing supplies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
- Support kitchen opening and closing activities. 4. Waste Management
- Dispose of kitchen waste as per hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper segregation of waste (wet/dry).
- Help in minimizing food wastage. 5. Assistance During Service
- Help in serving food during peak hours.
- Refill food counters and assist in buffet/cafeteria service.
- Provide support during events or special catering services. Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to work for long hours.
- Time management and willingness to learn. Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass.
- Prior experience in kitchen or housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).

- Shift-based work including weekends and holidays.
- Deployment at corporate sites, cafeterias, or industrial kitchens.
