Role Description This is a full time, in office Unit Manager role based in Brahmapur. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve health insurance sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory. Daily activities include planning and monitoring sales activities, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, distribution partners, and local stakeholders, as well as driving initiatives to improve customer experience and retention. The Unit Manager will also analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement local market strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in health insurance, financial services, or related sectors, with prior team leadership or unit management responsibilities.
