- Experience in Loan Servicing and understanding of Loans
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Finance principles and financial documents
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
