Job Title: Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor About Us At EduKyu, we specialize in providing high-quality higher education and career development programs for students and working professionals. Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right management programs (MBA and related courses). You will play a key role in consulting, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Student Consultation: Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Course Promotion & Sales: Explain program features, advantages, curriculum, and career outcomes to drive enrollments.
- Admissions Support: Assist candidates through the application process, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Lead Management & Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Relationship Building: Build trust with students and provide continuous guidance throughout their decision-making journey.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and education market insights.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to improve campaigns and conversions.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain CRM data, track KPIs, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven attitude
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
- Prior experience in EdTech / Sales / Counseling (preferred) What We Offer
