Job Description – Assistant Store Manager (F&B; Industry) Position: Assistant Store Manager Brand: Polar Bear Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore Experience: 1–2 Years Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B;) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the new Polar Bear store at BTM Layout. The candidate will assist in staff management, inventory handling, customer service, and maintaining store hygiene and operational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations
- Support the Store Manager in handling staff and shift coordination
- Monitor inventory and stock availability
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store functioning
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support billing, cash handling, and basic reporting
- Ensure staff professionalism and discipline Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B; / retail store operations
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and store operations
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment Preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
