Human Resource Executive (BTM Layout)

Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The role involves managing recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, supporting employee onboarding, and assisting in HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
- Manage interview rounds and communicate feedback to candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist with onboarding documentation for new employees and interns
- Support employee engagement and orientation activities
- Maintain HR reports using Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of Human Resources and recruitment processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with candidates over phone calls and virtual interviews
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
