Job Title: Front Desk Manager – Gym Company: Transformers: An Athletic Lab Location: BTM Layout, 2nd Stage, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30PM Job Description: Transformers: An Athletic Lab is hiring a Front Desk Manager to support front desk operations and member interactions. The role involves handling enquiries, assisting with memberships, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring a pleasant experience for members. We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, organised, and eager to learn in a team-oriented gym environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet members
- Handle walk-in enquiries, calls, and memberships
- Explain gym services, plans, and offers
- Follow up on leads and support membership sales
- Maintain member records and basic administrative work
- Coordinate with trainers and management Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing systems)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior gym or front desk experience preferred
