We are looking for a dynamic, social-media-savvy Influencer Managing Executive who lives and breathes digital culture. This role is at the heart of our brand's movement — the Joy of Life — a philosophy that celebrates positivity, authenticity, and real human experiences. You will be our eyes and ears in the influencer universe, identifying voices that truly align with our ethos, building relationships, managing campaigns, and driving measurable impact. This is a part-time, entry-level opportunity designed for someone with raw passion for social media, a sharp creative eye, and the hunger to grow fast. Freshers with solid social media instincts and a love for content culture are strongly encouraged to apply. 1. Influencer Discovery & Evaluation ◆ Research and identify influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and emerging platforms whose content aligns with the Joy of Life narrative ◆ Evaluate influencers using 360-degree assessment criteria — follower quality, engagement rate, content tone, audience demographics, past brand associations, and brand safety ◆ Maintain and update a tiered influencer database — nano, micro, macro, and celebrity ◆ Vet influencers for authenticity, credibility, and audience trust Roles & Responsibilities:
- Influencer outreach and coordination
- Managing creator communication and follow-ups
- Coordinating content timelines and deliverables
- Supporting campaign execution and event activities
- Working closely with internal teams, creators, and brands Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good coordination and people management skills
- Proactive, responsible, and energetic personality
- Interest in influencer marketing, branding, creators, content, or events
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and taking ownership during critical campaign days Skills & Competencies ◆ Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and emerging platforms ◆ Excellent communication and negotiation skills — written and verbal ◆ Basic analytical ability to read metrics and extract actionable insights ◆ Familiarity with influencer tools such as Phyllo, Modash, Creator.co, HypeAuditor, or similar ◆ Good understanding of content formats — what works, what converts, what builds communities ◆ Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtag strategy, and platform-specific best practices ◆ Organised and self-driven with strong follow-through on tasks ◆ Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel for tracking budgets and inventory Qualifications ◆ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, or related field ◆ Experience: Fresher welcome — 0 to 1 year of relevant experience (internships in social media or influencer marketing are a plus) ◆ Mandatory: Active personal presence on social media with genuine interest in content and creator culture ◆ Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or digital media What We Offer ◆ Real hands-on experience — manage live brand campaigns from day one ◆ Mentorship and training from an experienced marketing team ◆ Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance ◆ Flexible working hours with a remote/hybrid-friendly structure ◆ Exposure to a fast-growing, culture-first brand in the Active Lifestyle which is on eof the highest growing segment.
