Finance Manager (BTM Layout)

Responsibilities  Maintain the general ledger system, recording all financial transactions accurately and reconciling accounts on a regular basis.  Ensuring that all the defined processes are being followed and adhered to without any deviation.  Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing, to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.  Coordination with the cross-functional teams within the organization, and the individual must work closely with them to ensure that the tasks are completed within the defined timelines.  The physical inventory check needs to be conducted regularly, and the re order point management must be handled efficiently.  The defined best-in-class inventory practices must be followed, and any changes or deviations must be brought to the notice of the concerned personnel.  Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.—  Assist in tax planning and compliance, preparing tax returns and supporting documentation for various tax filings.  Stay up-to-date with any relevant changes in finance matters and ensure that the knowledge is applied in the day-to-day operations of the role. Candidate requirements  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA or CMA certification preferred. CA articleship is an added advantage.  Proven experience of min 5yrs in finance and accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial & accounting principles and practices.  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.  Self-starter who can work with little supervision  Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs  Interest in the Food & Beverages industry. Pay: ₹65,000.00
